01 Our Services

EcomHyped is an e-commerce business development, automation and management service. We provide strategy, done-for-you setup and ongoing operational support across Amazon, Etsy, TikTok, Walmart, Shopify, eBay and YouTube. Clients retain full ownership of their brand, store, trademark, seller or creator account and business entity at all times. We act as a service provider and do not take ownership of, or equity in, any client's business.

02 Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access and approvals, and to respond to reasonable requests from our team. You remain responsible for compliance with the terms and policies of any platform on which your store operates. Changes you make to your store, listings or advertising without coordinating with our team may affect results and your eligibility under our Refund Policy.

03 Payment

Fees, billing frequency and scope are set out in your service agreement. Fees are due on the dates agreed. Advertising budgets, inventory costs, platform fees and third-party software costs are separate from our service fees and are paid by you. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

04 Intellectual Property

All strategies, standard operating procedures, training material, templates and proprietary processes we provide remain our intellectual property and are protected by copyright. You may not duplicate, reproduce, resell or distribute this material without our written permission.

05 SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from EcomHyped (Cartup Inn LLC).

• Types of messagesReplies to your enquiry, service and account updates, appointment and call reminders, and notifications about work in progress on your account.
• Message frequencyMessage frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• CostMessage and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
• Opting outReply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
• HelpReply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@ecomhyped.com or +1 (512) 828 6650.
• CarriersMobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• ConsentConsent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• PrivacyNo mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

06 No Guarantee of Results

We do not sell a business opportunity or a guaranteed money-making system, and we make no earnings claims. Results vary and depend on factors including product selection, market conditions, competition, available capital, advertising performance, account health and your own execution. 07 Third-Party Platforms

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, YouTube LLC, TikTok Inc., Walmart Inc., Etsy, Inc. or Shopify Inc. Each platform retains sole discretion over accounts on its service and may suspend, restrict or terminate any account at any time. We are not responsible for platform decisions or for the content, pricing or quality of any third-party tool, supplier or service.

08 No Professional Advice

Nothing we provide constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice. You should carry out your own due diligence and consult qualified professional advisers before engaging or continuing with our services.

09 Limitation of Liability

Final business decisions remain yours as the account, store and brand owner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cartup Inn LLC and EcomHyped disclaim all liability for business results, financial outcomes, platform account actions including suspension or termination, and any losses incurred in connection with our services.

10 Termination

Either party may end the engagement in line with the notice terms of the applicable service agreement. Fees for work already performed are not refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.

11 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the Last Updated date will be revised.
